"Die Kümmerlkapelle steht an einem Feldweg der die Windmühlgasse am Stadtrand kreuzt. Sie wurde 1896 vom Maurermeister Christian Lehninger aus Obernalb errichtet und ist nach Westen ausgerichtet. Das Heiligtum ist aus Klinker gebaut und mit einem schön gegliederten Dach versehen. Es hat ein mächtiges Kreuz als Mittelpunkt. Ein gut geformtes Gitter schützt vor Beschädigungen. Ein Vorbau gewährt Schutz vor Wetterunbilden. Im Inneren der Kapelle befindet sich ein Holzkreuz mit einem vergoldeten Heiland, davor ein kleiner Altar mit Blumen. Links neben dem Kreuz sieht man ein Bild der schmerzhaften Muttergottes, rechts hängt ein Bild des Gekreuzigten."

The Kümmerlkapelle stands on a dirt road that crosses the Windmühlgasse on the outskirts. It was built in 1896 by master bricklayer Christian Lehninger from Obernalb and is oriented to the west. The sanctuary is built of clinker and provided with a nicely structured roof. It has a mighty cross as its center. A well-formed grid protects against damage. A porch protects against weather. Inside the chapel there is a wooden cross with a gilded Savior, in front of it a small altar with flowers. To the left of the cross you can see a picture of the painful Mother of God, on the right is a picture of the Crucified One.
