This is basic vehicular ferry across the Murray River, from the small town of Waikerie, to the rural community on the other side of Taylorville. It is two lanes of vehicles wide, taking usually 8 cars, on six trips per hour.

I believe that this cable-driven ferry is FREE, to cross on to the other side. It is unusual for pedestrians to use the ferry, with only occasional cyclists.
