FindaGrave.com notes Rudolph Klus as being born on October 18th, 1900 in Poland and passing away June 22, 2002, at 101 years of age in Klamath Falls.

He was married to Inga Klus until her passing in 1977. They had two children, one of whom was Allen, whose own obituary from 2015 states that his father Rudolph was a coal miner and then employee of the Great Northern Railroad. Rudolph's parents were John Klus (1874-1963) and Eva Klus (1871-1946).
