Thammasat University is one of the leading universities of Thailand. It's first and main campus, Tha Phra Chan Campus is situated on the Chao Phraya River in central Bangkok. The University was founded on June 27, 1934. The Dome Building was the first building constructed on the campus. There is a sign in Thai and English on the western side of the building. These sign details the history of the building.
