"Three-story, stone, Art Moderne courthouse. Ground floor treated as raised basement. Central portion of facade is recessed; central entrance. Steel-casement windows with carved spandrel panels. Molded belt cornices between floors and at roofline, A WPA project designed by the firm of W.L. Wirtz and A.W. Harris, the building represents one period of architectural history in Seguin, and continues the original public function of the square."
