Na ctvercovém fundamentu na betonové desce, v horní cásti profilované a zúžené, stojí hranolový sokl se stredním vpadlým obdélným polem na celní strane (s ctvrtkruhove vykrojenými rohy). Na soklu spocívá silná deska, na bocích profilovaném, jež nese na plintu sochu sv.Jana Nepomuckého - postavu napravo nachýlenou. Svetec je oden v komží, rochetku a plášt / kožešinovou perelinu s límcem, na hlave má baret, tvár vousatá. Na pravé ohnuté paži kríž, levou rukou ho pridržuje. Hlava je nachýlena ke kríži.
