Limestone memorial located along Rawdon Creek on Mill Street in downtown Stirling.
The memorial was built at the end of World War I to honour those who served, and in some cases, died during the Great War.
It was added on to in after the end of the Second World War and again at the cessation of hostilities in Korea.
The façade features a relief image of a downturned sword with the dates 1914 - 1918. At its base are the names of World War I battle sites ARRAS, SOMME, MONS, AMIENS and COURCELETTE. The base on the adjacent sides features VIMY RIDGE, LENS, HILL 70, and PASSCHENDAELE. The simple inscription "THEIR NAMES WILL LIVE FOREVER" is inscribed on the other side.
