Sign is attached to a white rock marker. Across the top of the marker is a metal cutout of Texas with Pearsall's location marked by a star. To the left of the Texas outline are some peanuts and a watermelon. To the right are some Texas Bluebonnets (state flower) and a cougar.
On the top of sign itself is a couple of seals. The one on the left says "Pearsall Texas" and has a locomotive and a cougar. The one on the right has "Pearsall Texas" and "Main Street Program" Can not make out what the picture in the center protrays.
On each of the bottom corners of the signs are white Texas Longhorns outlined against a green Texas.

"See Y'all on Main Street"Texas EscapesTravelers between Frio Town and Pleasanton in the 1870s stopped for water at a place called Wagner's Well. The International-Great Northern Railroad bought the land around the well and in February of 1882 the railroad platted the town of Pearsall.
The town's name was taken from the vice president of the International-Great Northern Railroad Thomas W. Pearsall.
