Drumright Oilfield - Drumright, OK - Murals on Waymarking.com

There are quite a few murals on Broadway in Drumright. We almost missed this one because it is painted high on a two-story building, and a small metal commercial building is located in front of it. It is painted on the west wall of 311 E. Broadway, which is vacant.

The mural shows an active oilfield, with derricks, horses and men, a pumping unit, and a frame shack with a woman and child nearby. The lower right portion of the mural with the signature, has eroded with the stucco covering falling off, but the mural has the appearance of a Palmer Studios mural, and the name might possibly be Scott Henderson, who is the artist for the mural located on the east side of this same building.
