The E.E. Fell building, which was built in 1919, stood vacant since 2005 when Holland Public Schools moved out its administrative offices and put it up for sale.
Jubilee Ministries, a Holland-based nonprofit, bought the building the next year and has been working on putting the Liberty Village project together as part of its Midtown Campus initiative.
