This large playground area at Riverside Park is well designed for kids! Between the Splash Pad and the playgrounds are tables with umbrellas for parents to sit, and there are also park benches around the area. Wood chips and mulch line the ground at the base of each playground.
The playground for small children is fenced off, separate from the playground for the older kids, All the equipment in the little kids' area is low to the ground, like the slide and tunnel.
The playground for the older kids has a lot of different equipment for them to enjoy: twisty slide, long slide, tunnel, two different types of monkey bars, and swings.
Riverside Park is a great place to take a break from travels, or just enjoy being outside if you're local.
