In recognition of the 45th Anniversary of
SSM St. Joseph Hospital of Kirkwood
with special thanks to S.M. Wilson

As the Tigris, Euphrates, Pishon and Gihon rivers flowed to
water the Garden of Eden, the spaces divide the sculpture into
four equal pieces that symbolizes the four major rivers (Mississippi,
Missouri, Illinois and Meramec) of this region. Throughout the
sculpture course the Characteristic train tracks and the branches
of the many green trees of the city.
