Opening in 2008, the Tokyo Hibachi and Bar features both Japanese and Chinese cuisine. On the Japanese side, they do serve sushi but have specialized in hibachi cooking. In hibachi cooking, the diners sit around the grill while the chef cooks in front of them, entertaining his guest with such things as juggling his implements and tossing food into the diner's mouths.
