Harborside is a 92 unit condominium complex that was built in 1990. It features a large fountain near the sidewalk on Montreal Street. The fountain has two levels. The 4' high, raised upper level is shaped like a W with a set of three and a set of four, vertically arranged, bronze fish that spout water from their mouths. Water then cascades down over a series of steps into two separate basins at ground level.
