Adamson Cemetery has about 275 burials and is located on the northeast edge of this small ghost town. The town of Adamson was a coal mining center during the first two decades of the 20th Century.

William Lewins' headstone is a traditional tree stump marker standing on four horizontal logs. At the base his surname is engraved in large letters. The inscription is engraved on a shield and reads:
