This is a two-story red brick building with a flat roof, constructed in 1909. The second level has five bays, separated by projected brick pilasters. Four of the five single windows are boarded up. The second floor is no longer used, and its entrance at the left is boarded.
The ground level has two storefronts. The occupancy on the west at 906 Pennsylvania Avenue is not in use. The brick is painted gray and the doors are sealed. A Little Free Library is mounted on the front of the building. The east occupancy at 908 is operated as Danny's Pool Hall. A single wood door is flanked by four half-wall windows. The clerestory is covered with fiberglass paneling.
At the center of the roof line on a small brick pediment is a stone name/date panel which reads:

Hartshorne Lodge
No. IOOF 14
From IOOF archives, it appears that Lodge No. 14 was the Indian Territory designation, which was changed to Lodge No. 18 at Oklahoma Statehood. We could find no indication that this lodge is still active.
