"Brynlee K. Carter, loving daughter of Chad Carter and wife Jessica, nee Rott, Washington, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017.

"Brynlee was a truly happy baby, always smiling and loving to explore the world and new experiences. She was a true fighter, showing tremendous strength in facing the hospital stays and treatments.

"Brynlee is survived by her parents, Chad and Jessica Carter, Washington; one adoring brother, Keagen Carter, of the home; paternal grandfather, Mark Carter, Washington; paternal grandmother, Bev Carter, Washington; maternal grandfather, Frank Rott, Washington; maternal grandmother, Linda Smreker and husband John, Leslie; six aunts and uncles, Carmen Carter and wife Dusty, Washington, Chris Carter and wife Shelia, Sikeston, and Brandy Foss and husband Ken, (Brynlee's godfather), Washington; six cousins, Monica Carter and Cailey Foss (Brynlee's godmothers), Myriah Foss, Kenadee Foss, Anniston Foss and Natalie Turner; and other relatives.

"She was preceded in death by one cousin, Zachary Carter.

"Visitation will be held Thursday, March 23, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Miller Funeral Home, Washington.

"A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, March 24, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Washington.

"Interment will follow at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Cemetery, Washington.

"Memorial donations are appreciated to the family. Please make checks payable to Chad Carter.
