The Royal Canadian Legion in Sparwood BC is named for two of the small communities which were "amalgamated" together into the District of Sparwood. The Legion is located in Centennial Square in the town centre.

There was concern in 2014 that this Legion might close due to declining enrollment (the branch was served notice from the BC/Yukon Command that if its numbers doesn’t increase, it could be closed).
