Photographs printed a vinyl wrapping decorated this utility box. The photographs were provided courtesy of the Victoria City Archives and depict the area north of the Parliament Buildings. Two sides show portions of James Bay that are west of Government Street. The other sides feature Government Street. One side depicts a single trolley the other a long line of vehicles.
