This park once provided by the Lions Club, is now under the control of the Washington Parks and Recreation Department.
It is being moved (in name only) into Bernie E. Hillermann Park. If you check the photos in the park link, you will see the old bridge was a wooden affair, with iron hand rails...this upgrade is a jump forward in both artistic appearance and functionality.
