"Tattered Corners" Used Book Store - Meadville, Pa - Used Book Stores on Waymarking.com

Years back, we had a used bookstore called "The Leprechauns Lair". It was down a set of stairs, in a basement store that smelled of old print and pipe tobacco.

It was run by a little old Irish gent who ALWAYS had on some green, and smoked a pipe. Though it was disorganized, a nightmare for allergy sufferers, and dark, it had TONS of character. Unfortunately, the elderly gent has passed on, and the den is no more.

However, the Tattered Corners has filled the niche, at least as far as books go. Its far better lit, organized, and friendlier to breathe in, but I still miss the Leprechauns Lair and its proprietor.

The staff is friendly here, and they will reserve books for you if what you want comes in.
