Work on Llano's Fire Hall Slated To Begin Soon - NYA Project Due To Employ 75; City Appropriates $3,000

LLANO, Jan. 4. (Sjl) Construction of the new Llano fire hall will be started Jan. 15, following approval this week of the project by the NYA, which will furnish the labor.

Employment will be given Llano county youths. The project is sponsored by the city of Llano, which appropriated $3,000 for the structure. It will be built of native red granite, and will be of two-story construction. It will be located on the property recently purchased by the city and located in the second block west of the courthouse square.
