"La fontaine St Lazare est une des plus jolies fontaines de Bourgogne, elle fait corps avec la cathédrale trônant près du porche.

Située sur une agréable place à deux pas du musée Rolin, la fontainte a été construite en 1543 par le chapitre de la cathédrale Saint-Lazare. 

Un pélican la couronne, elle est un des rares exemples de la Renaissance à Autun, elle est attribuée à Jean Goujon."

"The fountain St Lazare is one of the prettiest fountains of Burgundy, it is one with the cathedral enthroned near the porch.

Located in a pleasant square close to the Rolin museum, the fontainte was built in 1543 by the chapter of the Saint-Lazare cathedral.

A pelican crown, it is one of the rare examples of the Renaissance at Autun, it is attributed to Jean Goujon."
