The Hamilton-Kidd Building was constructed in 1905 in the very early days of Wilburton, before Statehood. This is a one-story brick building painted gray. On the upper wall is a panel reading: "Hamilton-Kidd / 1905".
The entrance is located on left (east), with three display windows. The clerestory is covered with wood paneling. The building has a flat roof, and is currently vacant and for lease.
