The Lantonelli Building was constructed in 1912. It is a one and two-story building, with no windows. It is immediately adjacent on the east by the U.S. Cellular office, and it is possible that the two buildings have been joined and have interior access to each other. The portion of the building with the Name/Date panel is two story and has no doors or windows. The brick wall is segmented into six panels by the use of double rows of vertically stacked bricks, leaving two foot wide vertical strips of running bond brick.

The one-story section to the west has double doors, plus a single door, plus a small window, all of which are painted over and not in use. The exterior side walls and roof are covered with green metal siding. We could not tell whether the building was vacant or was part of the U.S. Cellular business.
