Note that, in 2018, the north side of the building is #139, while the south side is #143, slightly different from the National Register's Nomination Form. This could be a typo, but then again, there has been some street renumbering in Helper, and this may have been one of the changes.

The Utah Historical Society assigned this location an inventory number of CR-07-743, and that number is used by the National Register of Historic Places in the nomination form for the Helper Commercial District. The nomination form notes that this 1926 two-story building once housed Henry Hall Plumbing and Heating business on the first floor, and the professional offices on the second floor. The lower front façade has been slightly modified, but otherwise the building retains its original appearance.
