This park is located in the 100 block of E. Main Street and is dedicated to numerous citizens who have contributed to Wilburton history over the years. At the entrance is a decorative metal overhead arch with a clock face at the top, which has Roman numerals.

A plaque on the brick wall at the entrance indicates that the clock was donated by Harriet, Judy and Nancy Joseph in memory of their husband and father Leonard Joseph who was born in Wilburton in 1910.
