A street lamp located just inside the entrance to Goldberg & Joseph Heritage Park in the 100 block of E. Main Street, is dedicated to Horton Ellis, Jr. (December 30, 1927 - June 8, 2005). This is a metal pole with a single light globe at the top.

A bronze plaque on the ground at the foot of the pole reads:

Dedicated to the memory of
Horton T. Ellis, Jr.
1927 - 2005
