The Joseph family has been a presence in Wilburton for over 100 years. This downtown Heritage Park is named for one of the Joseph family members. Entrance to this park area is through an overhead arch which has a large clock at its top. The clock was donated in memory of Leonard Joseph (1910-1986).
A bronze plaque on the brick wall beneath the clock reads:
