The words are at the foot of the dedication under the stained glass window-light for William Garret inside St. Paul's Church in Ramsey.
The full dedication under the window-light is as follows:
'TO THE GLORY OF GOD THIS WINDOW IS PLACED BY EMILY & ISABELLA
IN MEMORY OF THEIR FATHER WILLIAM GARRETT; WHO DIED 22ND OCTOBER
1875;& OF THIER MOTHER JANE WHO WAS AFTERWARDS WIFE OF HENRY
GILL;& DIED 1ST MARCH 1898. "THIS WOMAN WAS FULL OF GOOD WORKS'
The stained-glass light shows Dorcas also known as Tabitha who was raised from the dead by St. Peter as related in Acts 9:36-42 in the Bible.
