BTW - In 1977 many of the Methodist Churches (along with many Presbyterian and Congregational churches) combined to become the Uniting Church of Australia - just two years before the 100 year Anniversary of would have been the Methodist Church celebration.
There is a commemorative 'Foundation Stone' tablet at the front of the church for the 70th Anniversary, laid by Mrs B. Stacey, on Agust 27th 1949.
