County of clock: Franklin County
Location of clock: W. 5th St. & Jefferson St., Founders Plaza, Washington

The clock, erected to look like a turn-of-the-century street corner clock, erected on the edge of Founders Plaza. Fancy top is inscribed with the city name: THE CITY OF WASHINGTON.
The clock itself, is a white faced clock, with black Roman Numerals, which has gliding over them the sweeping hands, made of arrow head points and rolling rounds to form elegant hands of black.
Mounted on a pole painted and sculpted to resemble a Doric Column, rising about 10 feet above the side walk.
And, OH! By The Way, the whole thing is pained a deep forest green.
