DE: Das Sozialkaufhaus LISA (Laden für Integration und soziales Engagement gegen Armut) in Remagen ist ein Gemeinschaftsprojekt der Caritas-Werkstätte „St. Elisabeth“ Sinzig und des Caritasverbandes Rhein-Mosel-Ahr e.V. Das Kaufhaus bietet preisgünstig Möbel, Hausrat, Elektroartikel, Textilien, Spielsachen und Bücher aus Zweiter Hand an. Die Ware ist in einem sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand und stammt ausnahmslos aus Spenden. Das Preisniveau ist deshalb recht niedrig. Umgekehrt versteht sich die Einrichtung als Dienstleister für Haushaltsauflösungen und Entrümpelungen. Darüber hinaus bietet das Sozialkaufhaus Langzeitarbeitslose und Menschen mit Behinderungen die Möglichkeit, durch einen Job bei LISA am Arbeitsleben teilzuhaben. Der Caritasverband Rhein-Mosel-Ahr e.V. bietet zwölf Arbeitsplätze an, die von AGL II-Empfängern als Beschäftigungs- und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen genutzt werden können. Ihre Aufgaben sind Telefondienst, das Abholen von Einrichtungsgegenständen und die Aufbereitung von Waren im Untergeschoss des ehemaligen Lebensmittelgeschäfts. Die Aufgaben bei LISA sind vielfältig. Da müssen Waren angenommen, sortiert, gewaschen, ausgebessert und mit Preisen versehen werden. Kunden wollen beraten, Spender betreut werden. Zudem wurden zwei halbe Stellen für Anleitungspersonal und eine halbe Stelle für eine Sozialarbeiterin geschaffen.
