While the Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center is not located within the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, both are run by the US Park Service and it's a mere 13 miles between the Visitor Centre and the nearest island in the park.
The NPS Passport Cancellation Station is located at the main desk in the Visitor Centre, closer to the back section of the building. It should be easy to find.
