Blacklunans is a scattered rural settlement in Glen Shee in Perthshire, at the foot of the Scottish Highlands. Its telephone box, like many others in the United Kingdom, became surplus to requirements and was taken over by the community in British Telecoms 'Adopt a Kiosk' scheme.
The box is now used as a book exchange with the title 'LIBRARY' now adorning the box. Despite the remoteness of the area the box is well stocked with books.
Blacklunans lies to the east of the A93 road between Blairgowrie and the Spittal of Glenshee and can also be reached from Glen Isla to the east along a narrow road.
