A sculpture of a bear titled "Windfall Fisherman" was commissioned to celebrate the silver anniversary of Alaska Statehood. The sculpture and a corresponding plaque in located in the plaza south of the State Capitol Building in Juneau Alaska.

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Alaska, the City of Juneau commissioned R.T. "Skip" Wallen to create this life size bronze sculpture of a brown bear fishing for salmon. The bear is lying down on a rock with a salmon between it's front claws. A nearby bronze plaque in the vegetation behind commemorated 25th anniversary of Alaska Statehood. It is inscribed:
