As described by the NGS in 1934 (although already monumented by the CGS a year earlier):
"AT THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE, AT THE SOUTH ENTRANCE, AND IN THE TOP OF THE WEST BRICK BALUSTRADE. A STANDARD DISK, STAMPED 255.282 D 127 1933."
The NGS description is still 100% accurate.
The NGS' currently posted coordinates ("N 28 27 39.12 W 098 32 57.87", or "N 28° 27.652 W 98° 32.964") were slighly off from my observations: my measurements came out to "N 28° 27.652 W 98° 32.967", as measured within 10' accuracy and 10+ reading averages.... So the currently posted coords seem to be off by 15 feet.
The station was recovered in good condition.
