Elizabeth Hulette was born in Frankfort, Kentucky on November 19, 1960. After graduating from the University of Kentucky with a degree in communications she began a career as a professional wrestling manager/valet with International Championship Wrestling (ICW). While appearing in ICW house shows she met a wrestler named “Macho Man” Randy Savage. The two began dating and traveling together and were married in 1984. In 1985 Savage signed a contract with the World Wrestling Federation (now known as World Wrestling Entertainment or WWE) and he and Elizabeth became the promotions top stars. For the next several years Elizabeth and Savage appeared all over the world for the WWE but the stardom took it toll on both their professional and private live and the two divorced in 1992. Elizabeth continued to appears with the WWE and later with World Championship Wrestling (WCW) serving as the manager/valet for such stars as Ric Flair, Dusty Rhodes, Lex Luger and ever for a time with Savage. After her divorce from savage, Elizabeth began living with Lex Luger. The two had a number of well documented domestic incidents and finally on the night of May 1, 2003, Luger discovered Elizabeth unresponsive in their Marietta, Georgia Apartment. She died a short time later of what was officially ruled an accidental drug overdose. She is buried in the Frankfort Cemetery in Frankfort, Kentucky.

Elizabeth Hulette was born on November 19, 1960 in Frankfort, Kentucky. She attended the University of Kentucky where she graduated with a degree in communications. Shortly after graduation, she began working house shows for International Championship Wrestling. It was during this time that she met a wrestler name Randall Poffo who was wrestling under the name of “Macho Man” Randy Savage. The two began dating and traveling together and were married in 1984. Savage moved to the World Wrestling Federation (now known as World Wrestling Entertainment or WWE) and in 1985 he introduced Elizabeth as his manager. He referred to her as “Miss Elizabeth,” and both of their career took off. Throughout the years Elizabeth and Savage were two of the WWE’s top stars. The success took it toll on both their professional and personal lives and finally in 1992, Savage and Elizabeth divorced. During the next several years Elizabeth continued to be one of the top draws in professional wrestling, serving as manager/valet for such stars as Dusty Rhodes, Lex Luger and even returning to work with Savage. Elizabeth retired from professional wrestling on May 29, 2000. Shortly before her retirement she began living with wrestler Lex Luger and worked at a gym named Main Event Fitness in Marietta, Georgia. The gym was co-owned by Luger and fellow wrestler Sting. Lugar and Elizabeth were involved in several domestic incident over the years. On May 1, 2003 Elizabeth was found unresponsive in the apartment she shared with Luger. She died in the emergency room of a local hospital. Her death was listed as an accidental drug overdose. She was returned to her hometown of Frankfort, Kentucky and laid to rest in Frankfort Cemetery.
