The Talihina First United Methodist Church is a concrete block building, constructed in 1961. The stained glass is quite elaborate and might possibly be salvaged from an earlier church building.

The windows on the north side of the sanctuary have four horizontal panes and have stained glass, including one window with a depiction of a standing Jesus. Two windows on the west end are the same, with a center window having a pointed arch. This window has been dedicated in memory of Alexander and Spazee Allen. Green and black are used heavily in the windows.
