Památník druhého hnutí odporu nebo odporové vlajky je památníkem vlajky Ceské republiky. Je venován druhému odbojovému hnutí za nacistickou okupaci Ceskoslovenska v letech 1938 až 1945. Socharské dílo vytvoril profesor Vladimír Preclík, architektonické práce architektu Ivana Rullera, Martina Kareše a Roberta Raise. Základní kámen pro památník byl položen dne 4. 2005.

The Memorial of the Second Resistance Movement or Resistance Flag Monument is a monument of the Czech Republic flag. It is in dedication to the second resistance movement to the Nazi occupation of Czechoslovakia from 1938 to 1945. It has an inscription which would translate in English to ‘Stay a moment in respect for the victims and winners of the Second resistance of the Czech nation for liberty of the homeland.’ Sculptural work was made by professor Vladimír Preclík, architectural work by architects Ivan Ruller, Martin Kareš and Robert Rais. Foundation stone for the memorial was laid on 4 May 2005.
