This is by far the most ornate Woodmen of the World headstone we have encountered. It is located inside a low iron fence. The headstone stands on several carved bases. At the very top is an urn draped with a cloth setting on a closed book. Beneath this, the cubical pedestal is draped with a tasseled cloth. The WOW seal has been placed on the cloth.

Beneath this is the Masonic emblem. The inscription is engraved on the smooth front of the pedestal and reads:
