"Pont gothique du XIIIe siècle à 3 arches ogivales qui enjambe la Gartempe (passage de la route royale). Il fut élargi pour permettre le croisement des troupeaux et charrettes, puis, des refuges et un parapet ont été créés."
"13th century gothic bridge with 3 pointed arches that crosses the Gartempe (crossing the royal road) .It was enlarged to allow the crossing of herds and carts, then shelters and a parapet were created."
