[GER] Hamburg hat rund 2500 Brücken. Die älteste, erhaltenen Brücke ist die Zollenbrücke. Sie wurde 1633 erbaut und führt über das ehemalige Fleet der Gröningerstraße. Die 25 Meter lange Brücke hat drei unterschiedlich große Bögen aus Sandsteinquadern. Den Namen hat die Zollenbrücke vom damalig hier stehenden Zollhaus des Grafen von Holstein.
Über einem Pfeiler auf der Seite des Nikolaifleets ist in Stein das große Hamburger Wappen zu sehen.
[ENG] Hamburg has about 2500 bridges. The oldest preserved bridge is the Zollenbrücke. It was built in 1633 and crosses the former canal of Gröningerstraße. The 25 metre long bridge has three arches of sandstone blocks of different sizes. The name Zollenbrücke derives from the customs house of Count von Holstein which stood here at that time.

[GER] Das Wappen von Hamburg zeigt in Rot eine hervorkommende silberne Burg mit geschlossenem Rundbogentor, auf dem Zinnenkranz mit sieben Zinnen drei Türme, die beiden Äußeren vierfach gezinnt und von je einem sechszackigen silbernen Stern überhöht, der mittlere großer mit Kuppel, darauf ein Knauf und ein Kreuz.
Auf dem rot-silbern bewulsteten Bügelhelm mit rot-silbernen Decken fächerweise sechs seitlich abflatternde rote Lanzenfähnchen, darauf die silberne Burg, zwischen der ersten und zweiten, der dritten und vierten und der fünften und sechsten Lanzenstange je eine natürliche Pfauenfeder. Schildhalter: rechts und links ein widersehender goldener Löwe.
[ENG] The coat of arms of Hamburg shows in red a protruding silver castle with a closed round arched gate, on the battlements with seven battlements three towers, the two outer ones tinned fourfold and each heightened by a six-pointed silver star, the middle big one with dome, on it a knob and a cross.
On the red-silver beaded helmet with red-silver covers fan-wise six red lance flags fluttering off at the sides, on it the silver castle, between the first and second, the third and fourth and the fifth and sixth lance pole a natural peacock feather each. Shield holder: right and left a resisting golden lion.
