It is next to the middle school, so I am going to risk it and make an assumption

County of field: Franklin County
Location of field: E. 14th St., just W. of MO-47, next to middle school, Washington

This is an old, old field. Maybe the middle school uses it now, and maybe this is on school property...but this field was built long before the middle school was built.
My guess is this, and the almost visible soccer field in the outfield, where the original fields for the high school...before the expansion and new huge school and brand new field were constructed.

Once graded infield, is now being overtaken by weeds...the outfield is great...fence, seems very new, is backstop and extends to where benches must have once stood, but are no longer.
A port-a-potty is present, and some 55 gallon drums painted blue and used as trash bins.
