"Rock focused pub near the Theatre Royal. Perimeter seating faces the bar featuring the unique 'TNT' twist on the hand pumps. Music memorabilia features heavily behind the bar. Beers are from SIBA, featuring rock inspired names and the occasional rebadged name at first glance (usually tied in with an offer).
Historic Interest
Formerly the Rutland Arms, once a Greenall's tie, the pub became the Tap & Tumbler in the 1980s. In 1894 the Rutland Arms was a fully licensed establishment under Charles Lamb (Wright). The Tap & Tumbler is in Nottingham Ciy Council's Old Market Square Conservation Area."
