One of over 150 Quilt Art blocks listed on the Prince Edward County Quilt Art Trail. This pinwheel design block is located on the western façade of the Dental Centre.

The Wellington Dental Centre shares space with the Saigon Restaurant, however the block is sponsored by the Dental Centre.

The block is available for viewing at any time, The restaurant has seating and windows to each side of the block so please be discreet.
