This is a headstone which stands on a double base. The upper base is engraved with the surname HENDERSON. At the top are three horizontal logs. The inscription and seal are engraved on a smooth panel and read:

Perlina Belle
Wife of
B. F. Henderson
Dec. 8, 1860
June 8, 1918

Weep not for me my husband dear
I am not dead but sleeping here
Do for me no sorrow make
But love my children for my sake
