Torchy's Tacos is located on the south side of 2nd St., east of Bryant Ave. It is a very popular restaurant, with a large dining area, large patio seating, and take-out orders.
This neon devil and restaurant signage is lit up until the very last minute when employees close down the place. The neon sign, in addition to the outdoor patio lighting, make this a really attractive place to eat at night.
