Antioch is an area about 10 miles west of Pauls Valley, and 7 miles south of Maysville. It was originally settled in 1895 and had a post office from then until 1932. A vacant school building built in 1929 is on the National Register of Historic Places. The town is located at the intersection of Highway 74 and CR E1580.

The okgenweb website indicates that at one time there were 300 to 400 residents in the town of Antioch, with general stores, churches, and various other businesses. When the post office closed in 1932, the residents had to "get on their horse and ride over to Maysville to pick up their mail". The aerial photo today shows just a few homes, farms and oilfield sites.
