This artistically painted utility box is at the NW corner of Harrison and Division, near the landscaped "Garden Club City" sign and pavilion.
This 3-panel design is more abstract than the others, and therefore a little challenging to describe. There is a bird on a branch, with two rose rocks and swirling white clouds above. Two scissors are shown (almost hidden) among the clouds. A yellow stream runs from the bird's eye to one of the rose rocks. One of the rocks is depicted as the sun in the sky.
